
That is why the overall rating the VA gives people is usually higher than the rating that the DoD gives you. On the other side, the VA rates you on all the conditions you have. Last but not any less I have had shoulder issue when I fell down stairs holding my son I grabbed rail and it snapped my shoulder cause severe pain, partial torn rotator cuff and winging of the scapula when raiseing right arm shoulder blade sticks out in back 1-2 inches causing severe pain the call it nerve stinger stretching of the nerver from Dor at Womack Army Med Center the scapula rubs the other muscles and tendons around it causing even more pain. Pain never eases up constent from top of spine to bottom of my feet. I also been dealing with Lumbar to Cervical pain from herniated disc fusions at L4-L5 and C5-C6 and since fusion on cervical spine fusion put stress on C-4 C-5 disc and caused it to herniate.
